Who will come out on Top?
Las Vegas, NV – The 2010 Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2010) is right around the corner and I was … (0_o) … THIS close to making it out to CES this year! No worries, though, as there is always next year. What does that mean for us? The ones who can’t make it out to a CONSUMER event? Baffling right? Well, it just means that we’re probably going to end up perusing the likes of Engadget, Gizmodo, TechCrunch, TUAW, etc.. just to get the latest scoop on what’s Haute. Honestly, I’m not too sure what to expect. Probably more HD related peripherals, 3D devices, smaller gadgets, and brand new inventions gracing the main stage. Who knows? If there was any gadget, device, or new technology that I’d like to see unveiled this weekend it’d probably be the most anticipated piece of hardware the blogosphere can’t stop talking about – the Multi-Touch Tablet.
Word on the BlogRumorMill is that there are (3) three likely candidates that have the resources to create the Tablet – dubbing the Tablet as the next “GameChanger” technology. Can you take a wild guess at who they might be? Go on I’ll wait.

Ok, have you figured it out yet? If you guessed Microsoft, Google, and Apple – then you’d be absolutely CORRECT! All (3) three companies, which I’ve decided to call the “TROIKA” from here on, have so much money and resources that creating a Tablet would be far more easier for them to create than any other companies. So why not? Rumor has it, that the Troika have already made steps at creating a Tablet. But of course, its all rumor. Let’s take a look at some of those rumors, shall we?
The Microsoft Courier:
The Google Tablet:
The Apple iSlate:
CES 2010 will mos def bring to light an array of brand-spankin’ new tech-goodies that will have most of us consumers (why aren’t “Consumers” allowed to this event?) drooling at the mouth? Why? ‘Cuz we love Tech! And if the Tablet becomes a reality, you can bet there’ll be a what?!? A Tablet War!
Question: If you could have a choice from the Troika, which one would you pick?
- The Microsoft Courier
- The Google Tablet
- Apple iSlate
