Photograbber :: Grab all your Tagged Facebook photos

Posted by Edo

For anyone that loves to take photos, Facebook provides one of the best photo resources around. Storage is free, upload capacity is (as far as I know) unlimited, and you have the ability to share and Tag your photos with your Community. It’s great exposure for the aspiring photographer, and it’s a great place to share your photos with friends, family and Everyone else.

Although your images will always be safe in the Facebook cloud, there will probably come a time when you want to save those photos for personal use. However, finding and saving each and every picture you’ve ever taken or have been tagged in in Facebook can be quite a task. A rather long, long task. Thankfully, a few Google Coders have come up with a program that helps us grab our tagged photos from Facebook. Her name is – Photograbber.

The Program speaks for itself. Namely:

1) Download Photograbber,
2) Start the program,
3) begin “Grabbing” photos from Facebook
and Viola!
4) Now you have the photos for personal use!

From my own tests, Photograbber does indeed grab Tagged photos, and it does it way faster than the old “Right-Click, then Save” method. However, I must point out that the images you’ll be getting are going to be the exact same images you would see on Facebook. Which is fine. But don’t go expecting high-quality images here. With that being said, Photograbber is a very useful tool for grabbing large amounts of photos in a short amount of time.
