One of the most iconic and highly sought after models of the Air Jordan collection will be releasing with a little bit of a new twist this Saturday, May 3rd, in-stores and online. The infamous Air Jordan XI (11) “Concord” is being put out this weekend in a sleek low top version. Everything from the mid top version is still there. The black patent leather, white mesh upper, carbon fiber inserts, subtle concord purple accents and of course, the icy clear sole. Here’s a little historical fact for you: The Air Jordan XI was the first athletic shoe to incorporate patent leather and was born from Michael Jordan’s thought of bringing a little bit more of a formal look to the basketball court. According to the Nike Store website, these will be available in sizes for the entire family. Retail prices will be as follows: Mens $150 GS $115 PS $70 TD $50. Will you be trying to cop?
