Bay Wanderer | Palace of Fine Arts

Bay Wanderer is a visual tour of San Francisco as seen through the lens of a Bay Wanderer.

Palace of Fine Arts

Looking for a beautiful place to take photos? You’ve come to the right place. Palace of File Arts has become a beautiful backdrop for photographers and has even appeared in the move “The Rock”.

Originally constructed in 1915 for the Panama-Pacific Exposition – a World’s Fair showcasing the completion of the Panama Cana, the Palace of Fine Arts was made with non-durable materials and therefore, had to be reconstructed with concrete so that people would enjoy this fixture for generations to come.
