Located on 766 Valencia St. in San Francisco is a bicycle shop called Mission Bicycle, which sells and builds custom made-to-order bicycles that are specially built for urban exploration. And being able to customize your bicycle on a granular level is what really drew me in to Mission Bicycle Company’s bicycles. Well, that and discovering their Instagram. One bicycle, in particular, has caught my eye and it just so happens to be named after its location: 766 Valencia.
Matte black, and black, and more black. Fast, light, and fun. Named after our shop address, 766 Valencia, this bike feels like home.
All black everything in a matte black finish? Throw in a Shimano Alfine 8 gear to tackle the hills, a drop bar for good measure, and this seat post so you can see my tail, and I’ll want to ride my bicycle everywhere I like.
