Summer has officially arrived! I think its high-time that we get up and out of hibernation, and experience the Summer – Outside! You know: that place filled with Sunshine, beaches, swimming, bikini-babes, BBQ’s and more. Summer also marks the season for Conventions, eXPO’s and Exhibitions. Not to mention festivals, carnivals and Summer-lovin’ partying. Oh, yes. I do # the Summer.

Parkour (sometimes also abbreviated to PK), or l’art du déplacement (English: the art of displacement) is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one’s path by adapting one’s movements to the environment.

And if you’re doing the same, I suggest you proceed with caution. The Parkour/Freerunning Elements at the very least. Oh. To be a n00b once again…
