And in celebration, San Franciso State University’s own Pilipino/a Organization – PACE (Pilipino/a American Collegiate Endeavor) – kicked off the month with SPAM! No, not that SPAM. This SPAM! SPAM, in the case of PACE, stands for Showcasing Pilipino/a Artists and Musicians (like that, ya?). And as the name suggests, is a talent showcase promoting and highlighting Artists and Musicians steeped in Pilipino/a Culture, background and influence.
